Cancellation Policy
*Please read the room description & cancellation policy carefully before booking online.

  • Cancellation request for your reservation 72 hours before hotel check-in time will result in no charge.

  • Cancellation request for your reservation within 72 hours of check-in time or failing to show, will result in a charge of 1 night per room to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method. Taxes may apply.

  • During the FIH Men’s Hockey World Cup 2023 Offer Stay Cancellation Policy will be applicable as below:

    • Cancellation request for your reservation 14 days before hotel check-in time will result in no charge.

    • Cancellation request for your reservation within 14 days of check-in time and before 07 days of check-in time or failing to show, will result in a charge of 50% retention charge per room to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method. Taxes may apply.

    • Cancellation request for your reservation within 07 days of check-in time or failing to show, will result in a charge of 100% retention charge per room to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method. Taxes may apply.

  • Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

  • Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation and the entire amount forfeited.

  • If you send a request to amend and/or cancel  a booking by reducing the length of your stay (after arrival) the full cost of your stay as initially booked will be charged.

  • Early Departures: Once you have checked in, the room is no longer available to rent therefore no refunds will be given.
